DRIFTY KARTS RULES & SAFETY REGULATION

1. All rules are strictly enforced. All racers MUST sign a waiver form.
2. A minimum height of ________cm is required for the Drifty Cars.
3. A minimum age of 12 is required.
4. A maximum weight of _____ lbs.
5. A maximum height of ______ cm.
6. When in the track area, participants must comply with all safety briefing instructions and obey all verbal and signalled commands.
7. Fastened seatbelts at all times.
8. You must keep your hands on the steering wheel and feet inside the cars at all times. Individuals wearing a cast or sling will not be permitted to drive.
9. Appropriate footwear must be worn: No high heels, No barefeet.
10. No loose articles or items of clothing. All scarfs and/or long necklaces must be removed or tucked properly.
11. All drivers must wear a helmet and/or hair net.
12. All drivers/participants will receive a mandatory safety briefing session.
13. Never stop on the track unless directed to by official Track attendant.
14. Guest with back or neck injuries and heart conditions are discouraged to use the facility.
15. Not allowed for Pregnant woman
16. Management will not tolerate any bumping or blocking of cars/karts.

“If you fail to follow our code of conduct or instructions issued by the staff, or if you are flagged on the track, there will be NO REFUND for your visit with us. Please respect our rules and enjoy your time while at Drifty cars track.
